General Manager

The General Manager’s primary purpose is to develop restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring associate and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the brand. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation & cleanliness of the facility, through team member training & SOP accountability and creating a positive, productive working environment. This is  a very hands on role where you’ll be required to be in a standing position for long periods of time. A successful manager will demonstrate the following competencies required to achieve the desired “outcomes” from their alignment with our core values!
