Host

Greet & seat guests as they enter the restaurant & manage the wait and open tables room use of the tablet. Process all pick-up takeout orders for guests and delivery providers (package to go orders as needed). Assist with bussing tables and running food as required. Answer phones, take takeout orders as required and maintain foyer & restroom cleanliness before/during/end of shift.

Kitchen Manager

Directly responsible for executing and training all kitchen functions and systems, including food ordering/purchasing, food preparation, certification of all BOH stations and maintenance of quality standards to include recipe adherence; sanitation and hygiene.  Must be able to train and develop, provide feedback on performance and create and deliver development plans for all BOH staff. This position reports to the GM of the restaurant and CDO of the brand.

Hospitality Assistant

This job opportunity is for the ultimate team player!  The role requires you to be extremely versatile as you will be doing many different things throughout the shift as needed.  You will also have the opportunity to work shifts in different work groups because the H.A. position is essentially a weekend and holiday shift so if you want to be full time you can work bus & host shifts as well. Job responsibilites include, provide exceptional service & Enlightened Hospitality to our guests. The role of this job is essentially everything but serve.  You will, run food, bus & pre-bus tables, greet & seat guests, roll silverware, package to go food, water tables, refill coffee, tea, water, etc.

Server

Provide exceptional service & Enlightened Hospitality to our guests. Follow Steps of Service to ensure a phenomenal guest experience is delivered every time. Assist with bussing tables and running food as required. Ring in all food & beverage accurately using Toast wireless handhelds. Maintain dining room cleanliness before/during/end of shift.

Food Runner

And, assist with seating guests, bussing tables & other duties as assigned when needed.

Busser

Ensure tables are set & re-set according to specification every time. Maintain floor, patio and restroom cleanliness. Assist with seating guests and running food as required. Maintain dining room & patio cleanliness before/during/end of shift. Put up all dining room chairs & assist in breaking down patio at end of shift.



Line Cook

This position will be required to work in a fast paced non-stop role. Great work ethic and an inclusive team oriented mind set are also a must as you will be asked to assist in all areas of restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the following, handle and prepare all foods in accordance with recipes and safety/sanitary regulations. Monitor portion sizes, properly store, label, and date all stored foods. Prepare foods on a daily basis for expected work load. Use and keep work areas, equipment, and utensils in good operating function and cleanliness so as to provide a quality product and optimal safety. Lastly, work with fellow team members to fulfill customer experience!

Prep Cook

This position will be required to work in a fast paced non-stop role. Dishwasher

You will be required to work in a fast paced non-stop role. Great work ethic and an inclusive team oriented mind set are also a must as you will be asked to assist in all areas of restaurant operations. Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized. Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab. Lastly, assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.

Hospitality Supervisor

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor who loves to serve and wow guests and staff! This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring leader with at least 2 years of FOH Restaurant Supervisory experience.  This role is a salaried position and considered a longer term prerequisite to General Manager, so if we hire you it’s because we see the potential in you for your next role with us. This position reports to the General Manager. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will partner with the GM/KM to lead and drive the daily operations of your Sabrina’s Cafe location.

General Manager

The General Manager’s primary purpose is to develop restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring associate and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the brand. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation & cleanliness of the facility, through team member training & SOP accountability and creating a positive, productive working environment. This is  a very hands on role where you’ll be required to be in a standing position for long periods of time. A successful manager will demonstrate the following competencies required to achieve the desired “outcomes” from their alignment with our core values!
